What payment types are accepted?
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and ShopPay.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the European Union. We hope to offer shipping to more destinations in the near future!
Do the website product photos match the actual colors accurately?
Due to variations in computer screen calibration, color differences may occur. If you uncertain about a product's color, feel free to contact us.
How do I return an item?
Calinable's refund policy is available on the website.
Lost or Missing Package
If you think your package has been lost, please email us at calinableparis@gmail.com and we will try to help you locate your package.
Do you ship to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately, we can only ship your online order to one location. To ship to multiple addresses, a separate order would need to be placed for each address.
Can I change my address once my order has been placed?
Depending on its status and if the order was just placed, please contact our customer service as quickly as possible and we might be able to assist you: calinableparis@gmail.com
My order shows delivered and I did not receive my package. What should I do?
If your package shows delivered and you are unable to locate the package please contact customer service so that we can start an investigation. Please be sure to have your order number and tracking number readily available.
