Refund policy
You have the right to return products purchased from Calinable.com without any penalty, in new, unused condition with tags and original packaging, within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving them. Returns are at the customer's expense. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The right of return is correctly exercised when the following conditions are met:
- The product(s) must not have been used, altered, washed, or damaged.
- The label(s) must remain attached to the product(s).
- Products must be returned in their original packaging (if a set is returned, it must contain all original components).
- Returned items must be sent to Câlinable in a single delivery.
- Calinable.com reserves the right not to accept products from a single order returned and delivered at different times.
Upon correct exercise of the Right of Return, Calinable.com shall refund the sums already paid for the returned products in the original form of payment. Original shipping fees will not be refunded, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds for product purchase sums and, if applicable, shipping fees, are applicable only if products are returned for reasons due to Calinable.com, such as promised essential characteristics lacking, manufacturing defects, or erroneous delivery. Please notify us via email in such cases.
Unclaimed Parcels:
Failure to collect your parcel from the post office or designated pickup location does not qualify as a valid return. If a parcel is returned to Câlinable because it was not collected by the customer, even if the products are in perfect condition, you will not be entitled to a refund unless you follow the standard return procedure. Reshipment may be arranged upon request and at your expense. If no action is taken within 30 days of the parcel's return, Câlinable reserves the right to retain both the goods and the original payment.
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, within 14 (fourteen) working days from Câlinable's awareness of your return decision. The refund process will commence after confirming compliance with the stated terms and conditions.
If your return does not comply with these conditions, you won't be entitled to any refund of sums paid. However, at your expense, you may receive the products in their returned condition. If not, Câlinable reserves the right to withhold both products and received sums.
