Câlinable sells products exclusively to end users, referred to as “Customer,” through its e-commerce activities on this website (the “Site”). Our store operates on Shopify Inc., facilitating the online sale of our products and services to you. Câlinable offers this website, its information, tools, and Services conditioned upon your acceptance of these terms, conditions, policies, and notices.

Calinable SAS, a simplified joint-stock company with registered capital of €5,000, headquartered at 59, rue de Ponthieu, Bureau 326, 75008 Paris, France, registered with the Paris Trade & Companies Register under number 931 275 044, represented by Ekaterina Radushkina in her capacity as President, duly authorized for this purpose.

The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

SECTION 4. PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

We directly source high-quality children's bedding products from carefully selected manufacturers, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards. Our commitment does not include selling used, defective, or substandard items.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction as determined case-by-case.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product, Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. Any offer for any product or Service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Additional packaging and delivery costs, if applicable, will be disclosed during the ordering process.

SECTION 5. RIGHT OF RETURN

You have the right to return products purchased from Calinable.com without any penalty, in new, unused condition with tags and original packaging, within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving them. Returns are at the customer's expense. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The right of return is correctly exercised when the following conditions are met:

  • The product(s) must not have been used, altered, washed, or damaged.
  • The label(s) must remain attached to the product(s).
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging (if a set is returned, it must contain all original components).
  • Returned items must be sent to Câlinable in a single delivery.
  • Calinable.com reserves the right not to accept products from a single order returned and delivered at different times.

Upon correct exercise of the Right of Return, Calinable.com shall refund the sums already paid for the returned products in the original form of payment. Original shipping fees will not be refunded, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds for product purchase sums and, if applicable, shipping fees, are applicable only if products are returned for reasons due to Calinable.com, such as promised essential characteristics lacking, manufacturing defects, or erroneous delivery. Please notify us via email in such cases.

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, within 14 (fourteen) working days from Câlinable's awareness of your return decision. The refund process will commence after confirming compliance with the stated terms and conditions.

If your return does not comply with these conditions, you won't be entitled to any refund of sums paid. However, at your expense, you may receive the products in their returned condition. If not, Câlinable reserves the right to withhold both products and received sums.

SECTION 6. ORDER PROCESS AND PAYMENT

To place an order, the Customer adds the desired Products to the “basket” and proceeds to the next step, “Check out,” to input the contact information and shipping address.

Before definitively validating the order and making payment, the Customer can review and correct any errors by checking the basket details. The sale becomes final only after Câlinable sends the Customer an order confirmation via email. The order confirmation email contains the order reference number, the purchased products, their respective prices, and the delivery terms and times for the Products.

For payments made via credit/debit card, financial information (e.g., card number or expiry date) is securely transferred using a cryptographic protocol to ADYEN or PayPal or other banks providing remote electronic payment services. This information remains inaccessible to third parties at all times. Câlinable will solely use this information to complete your purchase procedures or issue refunds for potential product returns following a waiver request or to prevent/report any fraudulent activity on the Site.

Your payment via bank card is secured through the 3D Secure feature, ensuring double identification of the cardholder via a secure single-use code transmitted by sms. Bank validation of the payment requires entering the received secure code. Câlinable does not retain your bank details at any point. All transmissions to banks are encrypted and secure.

The price for the purchased products and shipping costs, as indicated on the order form, will be debited from your current account at the time of purchase.

Payments by check are not accepted.

Câlinable reserves the right to refuse any order or delivery due to exceeding stipulated limits, ongoing disputes with the Customer, total or partial non-payment of a previous order by the Customer, or refusal of payment authorization by banking organizations.

We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 7. SHIPPING

All orders are processed and ship Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within France, with variable transit times based on location.

We use third-party shipping provider as Colissimo. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages during transit. Please directly reach out to the shipping courier if any of these issues occur with your order.

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the Colissimo carrier site.

For security reasons, orders cannot be registered for delivery to a hotel address or non-fixed residence (caravans, campsites, etc.).

The customer is obliged to pay special attention to the contact details specified in the order form, and in particular to the delivery address. If the Customer makes a mistake in the delivery address, the package will be returned by the carrier. In this case, delivery costs remain with the Customer.

It is the buyer's responsibility to check that the goods are in good condition upon delivery.

SECTION 8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Any use by you of the optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
We may also, in the future, offer new Services and/or features through the website (including the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or Services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

Certain content, products and Services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or Services of third-parties.

We reserve the right, but aren't obliged, to monitor, edit, or remove content that we, at our discretion, consider offensive, unlawful, or violating intellectual property or our Terms of Service.

You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website.

You may not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments.
